Acme Labs helps organizations implement AI into their workflows. Not in theory, but in practice. Founded by Jon Stock and based in San Diego, we work hands-on with teams to design, build, and deploy AI systems that stick. Creative industries are our home base, but we work across sectors.
Jon Stock is the founder and principal of Acme Labs, an AI consultancy that helps businesses integrate artificial intelligence into their creative and operational workflows. Jon spent years at the intersection of storytelling and technology, from startups to big corporations (AT&T). He holds a masters degree from Harvard University where he studied innovation and strategy with emerging technologies. Today, Jon works directly with teams to demystify AI, build practical implementations, and deliver production-ready creative and operational solutions that create real value.
Jason Roberts is a Senior Acquisition Manager with nearly 20 years of experience supporting over $1 billion in Department of Defense contracts. He possesses deep expertise in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other federal procurement guidelines, establishing him as a trusted authority in government acquisitions. Roberts is a graduate of UCLA and holds an active Top Secret clearance.
Charlie Bow produced 300+ global campaigns for Nike Jordan Brand, including two of the largest product releases in footwear history. Trained AI design tools for Microsoft Office/365 and Designer. Led content campaigns for Adobe AI product launches including Firefly and Express. Built and ran AI pilots for creative production and digital marketing through Studio Agentic. Taught certification-level AI and marketing courses for Google, Adobe, Ralph Lauren, and Bloomberg Associates.
Joshua O'Neill was the director of Brand Marketing and Digital at NBCUniversal for seven years, leading series marketing on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Good Place, Saturday Night Live, Parks & Rec, Community, and Manifest. Helped take NBC from last place to #1 for five consecutive years. Previously led digital strategy and social campaigns for ABC Primetime across LOST, Grey's Anatomy, The Bachelor, Desperate Housewives, and Modern Family. Started at TBWA\Chiat\Day winning over $400 million in new business across Visa, McDonald's, and Sara Lee.
James T. Volk is a serial entrepreneur who has disrupted entertainment with innovative ventures like CineFolio, SHORT Cinema Journal, and Broadcast DVD. SHORT pioneered DVD content and won acclaim from Siskel & Ebert, Vanity Fair, and Rolling Stone, with partnerships across Warner Bros., DreamWorks, and Universal. Now produces film and TV for a global audience through Origin Entertainment, with credits including Fatima starring Harvey Keitel.
