Our Work
We learn by building. Every engagement teaches us something about how AI works in practice — what tools deliver, where human judgment is irreplaceable, and how to close the gap between what AI promises and what organizations actually need. Here's some of that work.
The Journey — Hybrid AI/Traditional Animation
The Brief:
We made a ~5 minute animated proof-of-concept pilot with 5 people (part-time), publicly available AI models, and a low five-figure budget. All core creative work — story, scripts, character designs, background paintings — was created by humans. AI tools were used and evaluated throughout production.
The Result:
Timeline compressed 50-70%. Cost reduced 60-70%. Development time (character design, world design, scripts, paintings) stayed the same — core IP creation doesn't compress, and shouldn't.
Ongoing AI Integration for a Creative Company Portfolio
We work as the ongoing AI integration partner for a portfolio of creative companies — managing implementation across e-commerce operations, digital content, nonprofit programming, and licensing. The scope covers workflow automation, digital asset management, e-commerce optimization, and content production systems. Rather than a single project with a start and end date, this is continuous integration — identifying new opportunities, testing tools, training team members, and refining processes as AI capabilities evolve.
Across Industries
Our consulting work spans creative production, media and entertainment, legal, healthcare, nonprofit operations, and early-stage startups. Every engagement sharpens our understanding of how AI works — and doesn't work — in different organizational contexts.
